By purchasing from CardStop, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Policy.
Nature of Rip & Ship Products
CardStop operates as a “rip and ship” service for trading card products, including Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Products are opened live or on behalf of the customer as part of the service provided.
Due to the nature of rip-and-ship products and the immediate opening of sealed products, all sales are generally considered final once the ripping/opening process has commenced.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Pull rates or dissatisfaction with card outcomes
- Customer misunderstanding of product odds or contents
- Requests made after products have been opened on stream or on behalf of the customer
- Shipping delays caused by postal carriers outside our control
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items
- A description of the issue
We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion:
- Offer replacement items where available
- Provide store credit
- Assist with a shipping insurance or carrier claim
- Discuss an alternative resolution
Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or storage by the customer is not covered.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our direct control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking issues or carrier investigations where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct at checkout.
